APA Meritorious Service Award

Paula N. Singer, was one of nine recipients presented with a Meritorious Service Award at the American Payroll Association (APA) 20th Congress in San Antonio on May 17. Ms. Singer is Co-CEO and founder of Windstar Technologies, Inc. and attorney and partner in the tax law firm, Vacovec, Mayotte & Singer, Newton, Massachusetts. Ms. Singer is a regular speaker on the topics of U.S. taxation of foreign nationals and income tax treaties. She has spoken at the annual APA's Education Institutions Payroll Conferences and the semi-annual Global Payroll Management Conferences. Ms. Singer also speaks at the New England Payroll Conferences on expatriate taxation.
