Gary P. Singer, President & CEO

Prior to founding Windstar Technologies in 1994, Gary worked in a broad array of industries including insurance, real estate, hospitality, and software.  He developed and maintained in-house computer systems for Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation and managed all computer systems development and operations for Flatley Company.  He also held positions with Software Research Corporation, Howard Johnson Company, H.P. Hood, Cullinane Corporation, and Union Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Gary holds a BA in mathematics from McGill University in Montreal and has taken graduate courses in actuarial science at Northeastern University.
