Windstar’s Paula Singer to be Featured Guest on Politically Payroll

Norwood, MA, October 20, 2008 –Windstar Technologies co-founder and Chair, Paula N. Singer, Esq. will be the featured guest on the November 11th Politically Payroll radio program. The focus of the show is payroll issues surrounding inbound payments to foreign nationals.
