Windstar Tech Support,
I wanted to thank the tech team for being so helpful, and especially to mention the excellent help that Jason gave us this week. We were unable to run reports in Windstar Navigator due to a folder access issue on our end and Jason was able to walk our technical person through the situation, determine the problem and resolve it. As you can imagine, we were in a crunch situation and the immediate availability of support and Jason’s efforts really pulled us through this one. Thank you!
